Golden Providers Accreditation Program

For those Businesses & Organizations that wish to stand apart as truly focused on reaching the highest levels of Senior Customer Service and Expertise.

The Golden Providers Accreditation program is only available to Businesses or Organizations that have a Golden Providers Certified person connected with them.

The Golden Provider Certified individual (“Sponsor”) supervises the organization’s efforts to maintain highest standards possible when it comes to serving the Senior population.

All Businesses and Organizations that seek Golden Providers Accreditation must also sign the Golden Providers Code of Ethics and pay the Accreditation Fee annually.

Fees for Golden Providers Accreditation

$75.00 Application Fee (covers cost of Golden Providers Accreditation Certificate, Golden Providers Window Decal)
– Fee includes Golden Providers Accreditation Fee for 1 year (12 months) from date of Accreditation
– Golden Providers Accreditation requires “Sponsor” – an active Certified Golden Provider as Key Contact
